Major action has been taken in the case of attack on Khan sir’s coaching institute. On Wednesday (June 03, 2026), the police arrested three people including Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu Coaching. Apart from Roshan Anand, the names of the other two people are said to be Gaurav and Abhishek. These people are associated with Roshan Anand’s coaching institute.
It is said that Kanhaiya Singh, associated with Khan sir’s coaching institute, has lodged an FIR at Kadamkuan police station in Patna. Of these, four are named and 15 are unknown. Recently the result of Inspector Recruitment Examination has come. Khan sir’s coaching institute claims that a large number of candidates have been successful from his institute. There was a rift with Gyan Bindu Coaching regarding this. This is why this incident has happened. However investigation is going on.
Education Minister made a big announcement
Bihar Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari has made a big announcement in this entire matter. He said that the government will make a policy to ensure that the competition between coaching institutes does not escalate into violence. He said that the government will make a coaching policy within the next three months. The government will take everyone’s opinion before making the policy.

Mithilesh Tiwari said that if such an incident happens after the implementation of the policy, action will be taken against the concerned coaching operators. Today (Wednesday) morning, on the ruckus created by the students outside Khan Coaching, he said that the government is keeping an eye on everyone. Don’t try to become a leader.
BJP said – this kind of incident is not right
Regarding the attack on the coaching institute, BJP MLA Sanjay Gupta said, “I am the public representative of this area. Students from not only Bihar but from many parts of the country come to this area for their preparation… The situation of any kind of tension is not good here… If there is competition among themselves, then it should be shown somewhere else… We all are saddened by whatever incident has happened. It is not right for such an incident to happen especially among the students. The police is investigating it strictly. Whoever is found guilty will be given the harshest punishment…”
