DSSSB Recruitment 2026: Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released the official notification for recruitment to 1979 posts of Group B and Group C. This recruitment is being conducted for appointments in various departments of Delhi Government. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of DSSSB dsssb.delhi.gov.in from 16 June 2026 to 15 July 2026.
Under this recruitment, appointments will be made in many departments including Forensic Science Laboratory, Directorate of Education, Delhi Archives, IT Department, Labor Department and New Delhi Municipal Council. Along with this, candidates have been advised to check the eligibility and qualification of the concerned post before applying.
Most posts of TGT Computer Science
Under DSSSB Recruitment 2026, there will be recruitment on posts like Junior Scientific Assistant, IT Assistant, TGT Computer Science, Special Educator, Domestic Science Teacher, Fitter Grade-II, Lift Operator and Electrical Overseer and Sub-Inspector. At the same time, maximum of 675 posts have been earmarked for TGT Computer Science and 450 posts for Special Educator (Primary).

Huge discount for women and reserved category in form fees
If we talk about form fee, it has been fixed at Rs 100 for general, OBC and EWS category candidates. With this the application process will be completely online. Also, candidates will have to upload the required documents while filling the application form. At the same time, women candidates, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and ex-servicemen have been completely exempted from the application fee. It is worth noting here that fees can be paid online only through SBI e-pay.
Educational qualification
Talking about eligibility, educational qualification has been prescribed differently for different posts. For some posts, Master’s degree has been sought, while for technical posts, ITI, Diploma or Engineering degree has been sought. The age limit has been fixed from 18 to 37 years according to the post. Along with this, reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per government rules.
How much salary will you get?
At the same time, the pay scale will be given according to the 7th Pay Commission. Selected candidates will get salary ranging from Level-2 to Level-7 as per the post. Also, the starting salary of some posts can range from around Rs 19 thousand 900 to Rs 1 lakh 42 thousand per month.
