Stamp duty of Rs 6 lakh 75 thousand was paid for flat number 3503, whose carpet area is 252 square feet. Whereas the stamp duty given for flat number 3504 was Rs 28 lakh 75 thousand. The carpet area of ​​this flat is 1101 square feet.
