The people present there are eager to get their photo clicked with Vaibhav. Tilak Verma is captaining India in this triangular series, while Riyan Parag, who was elected vice-captain, is out due to injury. Rituraj Gaikwad has been included in his place.
When is India’s first match?
India A’s first match in the triangular series is with host Sri Lanka A on 9 June. In this series played in ODI format, each team will play 2-2 matches against both the opposing teams, i.e. a total of 4 matches. India’s schedule is as follows.
- 9 June – vs Sri Lanka A
- 11 June – vs Afghanistan A
- 15 June- vs Sri Lanka A
- 17 June – vs Afghanistan A
