On Friday, Celina Jaitley made a post on her Instagram account. She responded to the legal notices that have recently been sent by her husband Peter Haag and her father-in-law Wolfgang Haag. In the notice, the actress has been accused of defamation and warned of legal action, however, Celina said that she has responded to these notices through her legal representative.
‘I will continue to fight for my children’
The actress said, ‘For many years, publicity related to our family was promoted, including magazine covers, interviews and many articles related to the family, but now when I started talking about my personal problems, legal struggles and my concerns as a mother, instead of replying, I was sent legal notices. These children are mine too, I am their mother and I will continue this fight for them.
Claim of not being able to talk to children
Celina Jaitley further said, ‘I have always been in favor of joint custody and divorce by mutual consent. I tried many times for a peaceful solution, but despite the court order, I am not able to talk to my children. Constant efforts are being made to distance me from my children.
Expressed concern about children
In her statement, Celina also expressed her concern about the children. He said, ‘I fear that children could be taken out of the jurisdiction of the courts of Austria and India without their knowledge and consent. As a mother, it is both my right and responsibility to raise such concerns publicly and protect the interests of my children.
