Delhi Women and Child Development Department (WCD) has started the recruitment process for many posts under Mission Vatsalya Scheme. Through this recruitment drive, candidates having 12th pass, graduate, post graduate and LLB qualifications will get employment opportunities. Interested candidates can apply online till 26th June.
According to the information released by the department, this recruitment will be done on one year contract basis. Under the recruitment, many posts including Program Officer, District Child Protection Officer, Protection Officer, Legal cum Probation Officer, Counselor, Social Worker, Accountant, Data Analyst, Data Entry Operator and Outreach Worker will be filled.
In this recruitment, different qualifications have been fixed for different posts. For some posts, post graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related subject is required, while for many posts graduation or 12th pass qualification is also sufficient.
What are the requirements for Data Entry Operator?
Candidates applying for the post of Data Entry Operator must have at least 60 percent marks in 12th. Along with this, computer diploma, typing speed of 35 words per minute and at least one year experience is also necessary. This post is being considered a better opportunity for those youth who have experience of computer work.
Eligibility for Outreach Worker Post
For the post of Outreach Worker, the candidate must have passed 12th. Apart from this, basic knowledge of computer, ability to communicate with people and good communication skills will also be given priority.

The age limit for different posts included in this recruitment has been fixed from 35 to 40 years. Work experience in the relevant field has also been made necessary for many posts.
