The 3-match ODI series between India and Afghanistan is starting from Saturday, for which Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya have passed the fitness test. Virat Kohli has been out of this series due to injury, Yashasvi Jaiswal has got a place in the team in his place. This is the first ODI series with the national team of Harsh Dubey, Prince Yadav and Gurnoor Brar. Now every ODI series will be important, because next year is the ODI World Cup and all the players would like to strengthen their claim for it.

India and Afghanistan have faced each other 4 times in ODIs, in which Team India has had the upper hand. India won 3 matches and 1 was tied. However, not only in ODI, Afghanistan has not been able to win against India in any format. Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi will be seen in ODI, who can give competition to the Indian players with their experience.

• Second ODI- Wednesday, June 17 (Lucknow)
• Third ODI- Saturday, June 20 (Chennai)

All three matches of the ODI series will start at 1:30 pm Indian time. The toss will take place at 1 pm. The match will be telecast live on Star Sports Network and live streaming will be on JioHotstar app and website.
