Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU), Agra has started the process for admission to Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) programs for the session 2026-27. Students wishing to take admission in the university can apply through online mode. The admission process is being conducted through DBRAU Samarth portal dbrauadm.samarth.edu.in. The last date to apply has been fixed as June 30, 2026.
Document verification will be done after completion of the application process as per the schedule released by the university. After this, the merit list will be released in July 2026 and the counseling process will start. On the basis of merit, students will be given admission in various courses and colleges.
What is the qualification?
For admission to undergraduate courses like BA, B.Sc and B.Com, a candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. According to different subjects and categories, the minimum eligibility of marks has been fixed from 33 percent to 55 percent. Whereas, for admission to postgraduate courses like MA, MSc and M.Com, it is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
Admission will be given on merit basis
Admission to most of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses of the university will be given on the basis of merit. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination. However, entrance exam scores will also be given importance for admission to some professional courses and B.Tech programs.

For admission, first of all students will have to go to DBRAU Samarth portal and do new registration (New User Registration). During registration, candidates have to enter their active mobile number and email ID. After successful registration, students will receive Samarth Registration Number (SRN).
After this, candidates can login with the help of SRN and prepare their profile. While creating the profile, students will have to fill their personal information and upload scanned copies of high school, intermediate and other educational certificates. After completion of the profile, students can select the courses of their choice and deposit the application fee online. The application process will be considered complete only after the application fee is deposited.
