Actor Akshay Kumar is going to be seen in the film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. There is a lot of buzz about the film. This is a multi-starrer film. Some time ago there were reports that Akshay is charging Rs 70 crore for this film. However, now the latest report is that Akshay Kumar is charging only Rs 1.8 crore for this film. This means that Akshay Kumar has reduced his fees by 97.4 percent.

According to reports, Akshay has chosen profit sharing model instead of fees. It is being said that they will take 72 percent share of IPR revenue. Whereas the producers will keep 28 percent. The makers have also earned around Rs 120 crore from OTT, satellite, audio and other secondary rights.
Let us tell you that nothing has been officially revealed regarding Akshay’s fees.

Let us tell you that for some time now many of Akshay Kumar’s films have not performed at the box office. Some were flops and some were average. Just the previous film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ performed well at the box office. Now fans have a lot of expectations from ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the film has stars like Paresh Rawal, Sunil Shetty, Johnny Lever, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Shreyas Talpade, Aftab Shivdasani, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandes and Disha Patani.
The film is releasing on 26th June. It has been made by Ahmed Khan. The trailer of the film is going to come on Thursday.

Akshay’s upcoming films
Talking about Akshay Kumar’s upcoming films, apart from ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, he will be seen in ‘Haivaan’, Anees Bazmee’s untitled film, ‘Golmaal 5’ and Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat. Shooting of some films is going on and some are in post production. Golmaal 5 is being made by Rohit Shetty.
