In reply, Sri Lankan team could score only 311 runs in 47.1 overs. Niroshan Dickwella 25, Avishka Fernando 03, Nuwandu Fernando 21, Sadira Samarawickrama 52, Sahan Archingay 38, Ravindu Fernando 19, Vijayakanth Vyaskanth 39, Mohammad Shiraz 21 and Dulaj Samudhita were out after scoring 15 runs. The Sri Lankan team could not even play the full 50 overs in front of the mountain-like score given by India.
In bowling for India, Yash Thakur took three wickets for 45 runs in 7 overs. Ashok Sharma gave 75 runs in 9 overs, and took a wicket.
