Adding to this, Kohli was questioned about his return from Test retirement.

What did Virat Kohli say on Test return?

Virat Kohli was asked, “The price of Red Shoes is Rs 9230, which is your Test runs. So would you like to return to Test cricket to increase the price of shoes?” The question was, would you like to increase the price by scoring more runs in Tests?

Virat Kohli first laughed at this and then said, “No no, I will sell it at a lower price only. I’m done.”

Kohli is playing only ODI format

Virat Kohli retired from T20 International in 2024, last year he said goodbye to Test. He now plays only in One Day Internationals for India. He could not play the ODI series against Afghanistan due to injury, although BCCI has selected him for the 3-match ODI series to be held on the England tour. BCCI has made it clear that Kohli will be able to play only after fitness clearance.
