Flipkart Glam Up Event Viral Video: A video of Flipkart’s ‘Glam Up’ event held on June 19 at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi is going viral on Instagram, Reddit and Twitter, in which many famous influencers are seen pushing and arguing with each other for free gifts. All kinds of reactions are coming on the video on social media and people are strongly criticizing it.
What is the matter?
Flipkart had organized this party to promote its new beauty products, fashion trends and to increase its networking with new beauty influencers and creators. Actors Bhumi Pednekar and Jhanvi Kapoor also attended the event. It got good response initially.
At the end of the event, specially designed luxury beauty and skincare gifts were presented to the guests by the brands. As soon as the gift distribution counter opened, there was chaos among the influencers present there. Within no time the matter escalated to such an extent that people started pushing and pulling each other’s hands. Screaming sounds are also heard in the background of the video. The matter got so bad that even the bouncers and management staff proved unsuccessful in handling the situation.

Influencer told the truth
While talking to ABP News, an influencer said, “There was more crowd of people in the event than expected. There were long queues at the games, brand stalls and counters distributing freebies. In the summer, people waited for hours and when their turn came, the free things were gone.
He further said, “There was confusion regarding distribution of the hamper. Some people got many things, while some got nothing. Due to this, debate started among the people. Incidents of loss or theft of goods were also discussed. Basic facilities like drinking water, washrooms and crowd management seemed inadequate for such a huge crowd.
