If you have given CUET UG 2026 exam and want to take admission in Delhi University (DU), then thousands of students like you have already applied. According to the university, so far 65,343 students have registered in the first phase of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). This process is currently only for those students who have given the CUET UG 2026 exam and want to take admission in DU.
This year, there will be admissions in 73 undergraduate (UG) courses and more than 100 BA program combinations from 67 colleges in Delhi University. Admission to all seats will be based on the marks of CUET UG 2026. However, the rules related to eligibility and subject prescribed for each course will also be applicable.
This time a major change has also been made in the admission process. The university has started the facility of API Setu Integration. With its help, while registering, information like name, date of birth, photo and signature of the candidate will be filled automatically. This will greatly reduce the chances of entering wrong information and students will not have to fill the details again and again.
Where to apply
For registration, students have to login to the CSAS portal with their CUET UG 2026 application number. A lump sum fee of Rs 250 has been kept for general, OBC-NCL and EWS category candidates. Whereas SC, ST and Disabled (PwBD) category students will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 100.

Phase 2 will start soon
After the completion of the first phase process, the university will start Phase-2. In this stage students will have to select the college and course of their choice. Besides, they will also have to tell whether the subjects for which they have appeared in CUET match with the subjects studied in class 12th or not. The university will recognize the marks of only those languages and subjects which the student has passed in 12th. Merit and seat allotment will be done on the basis of these marks.

At present, the dates of Phase-2 have not been announced, but the university will release its complete schedule soon. In such a situation, students who have not yet registered should complete the application process in time, so that there is no problem in further counseling and seat allotment.
