Bihar Kendriya Vidyalaya: Soon the scope of Kendriya Vidyalayas is going to increase for the students of Bihar. The Central Government has given approval to open new Kendriya Vidyalayas in 18 districts of the state. After this, Bihar government will provide land to take forward the process of construction of these schools. Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dr. Dilip Jaiswal said that land has already been made available in 12 out of 18 districts, while land will be made available in the remaining 6 districts also within the next few months.

In this regard, the necessary process has also been expedited by the state government. Describing this as an important step for the education system of Bihar, the Minister said that with the opening of the new Kendriya Vidyalaya, students will get better educational facilities and the scope of education quality will also increase.

Land available in 12 districts, process ongoing in remaining districts

The Revenue and Land Reforms Department has intensified the efforts to provide land for Kendriya Vidyalayas. Minister Dr. Dilip Jaiswal has instructed the departmental officers and the administration of the concerned districts that where land is not yet available, the selection of suitable land should be completed soon. He said that in the districts where land has been identified, the further process will be completed expeditiously. Whereas in 6 districts also, the process of transferring the land to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan or Education Department will soon be completed.

New Kendriya Vidyalaya will be equipped with modern facilities

According to the government, special attention will be given to modern educational facilities in the new Kendriya Vidyalaya. Facilities like smart classrooms, science and computer labs along with Atal Tinkering Lab will be developed in schools, so that students can get technology based education. Apart from this, large sports grounds and other basic facilities will also be made available to promote sports activities.

For the first time there will also be arrangements for a kindergarten

The special thing about the new approval is that in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020, the system of pre-primary level i.e. Kindergarten of 3 years will also be started in these Kendriya Vidyalayas. With this, there is a plan to provide quality education to small children from the initial level. At the same time, let us tell you that at present 1288 Kendriya Vidyalayas are running across the country, out of which three schools are also abroad. Lakhs of students are getting education in these schools. The Central Government has already approved the expansion of Kendriya Vidyalayas and now under the new approval, additional schools will be opened in many states.
