15 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s dream has been fulfilled. He has got a chance in the second T20 against England. He has become the youngest cricketer to debut for India. In the second T20 being played in Manchester, Indian captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss, and decided to bat first. The England team will bowl first. There have been changes in the playing eleven of both the teams.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has got a chance in place of Sanju Samson. Samson had made an important contribution in India winning the 2026 T20 World Cup title, but he was continuously flopping on foreign soil. At the same time, cricket fans and former cricketer all over the world were advocating giving a chance to Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

In the second T20 match against England, India has dropped Sanju Samson and replaced him with Vaibhav Suryavanshi in the playing eleven. Samson had so far been able to score only 6 runs in the last three T20 innings. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has now become the youngest Indian to debut in international cricket. He has broken Sachin Tendulkar’s 37 year old record.

Sachin played his first international match against Pakistan in 1989 at the age of 16 years and 205 days. Now Vaibhav Suryavanshi played his first international match for India at the age of just 15 years and 99 days. He is part of the playing eleven in the second T20 against England.
