Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has responded to US Vice President JD Vance, in which he said that Tel Aviv has no other powerful ally other than the US. Netanyahu said that Israel has received tremendous support from India.
In an interview with Fox News, Netanyahu said, ‘We also have some other friends, like a small country named India. Its population is 140 crores and we have tremendous support there. The Israeli leader has faced criticism around the world due to the war with Gaza, Iran and Lebanon.
Netanyahu further said that he respects US Vice President JD Vance and described President Donald Trump as Israel’s greatest friend ever in the White House. He said, ‘But that does not mean that I agree with everything he (Vance) said and I have to make that clear.’

This comment from the Israeli PM comes after JD Vance’s statement in which he warned not to mess with the ‘only powerful friend’. Netanyahu claimed that he was receiving huge support from India on social media platform Facebook and stressed that his country also had many other allies.

Those who protest, call and ask for a deal: Netanyahu
Without naming anyone, Netanyahu said that it has become fashionable in many countries to have ‘anti-Israel, anti-Semitic content’ on social media, but he claimed that the leaders of these so-called countries call him and ask him to sign agreements or ask them to teach us about some of the work done by their military. Netanyahu said, ‘So the relations are not as real as they seem and we have a lot of friends.’
What did JD Vance say on Netanyahu?
Because of that comment by JD Vance, there has definitely been some bitterness in the relations between Israel and America. Vance had said in the White House, ‘If I were in the cabinet of the Israeli government, I probably would not be attacking our only powerful ally left in the world.’
