Amidst the NEET exam controversy and immense pressure from the students who took to the streets, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan finally had to resign. After this big political development, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has launched a scathing attack on the Modi government. Describing this resignation as the victory of the steadfast struggle of the youth, he said that dictatorship will no longer continue in the country.
Priyanka Gandhi expressed deep happiness in her reaction and said, ‘I am very happy for many reasons, but the main reason is that today the people of our country have started taking back their country from those who have made every possible effort to destroy the Constitution and suppress the voice of the people.’
Praising the peaceful and Gandhian movement of the students, Priyanka said, ‘This is the victory of the youth of India. I am so proud of them. Pellet guns were fired at them, tear gas shells were fired and batons were used. He suffered serious injuries, but he did not bow down. Instead, the government itself had to bow to their wishes.

He called it a strong message to the government. Priyanka said bluntly, ‘This is a lesson for every ruler of the country today and forever. You have to listen to the will of the people. This is democracy, here the will of the people is paramount. No dictator or power can stop the will of the Indian people. Today our students have proved it.
‘High-voltage drama’ went on for 3 hours outside PM’s residence on Tuesday
On Tuesday, July 21, in Delhi, the opposition had gone straight to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence (7, Lok Kalyan Marg) in protest against the police action against students and examination rigging. Under the leadership of Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, veteran opposition leaders sat on a dharna outside the PM’s residence. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav also participated in this high-profile protest. This entire street struggle was in support of those students who are suffering the brunt of the shortcomings of the examination system.
A tremendous drama continued for about three hours in this tightly guarded VVIP area. When talks between the government and the opposition remained inconclusive, Delhi Police came into action. Heavy police force took action and detained all the prominent leaders and evacuated the protest site.
