In the match on Saturday, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Chennai Super Kings by 2 runs in a thrilling match. Till the last time CSK was close to victory but Ayush overturned after Mhatre’s wicket. The wicket of Dewald Brevis, who came after Mhatre, was full of controversies, in fact he was not out and after taking the review, the umpire dismissed it, saying that your 15 second time is over. On the screen, the ball was missing from the wicket and if the review was taken, Brevis would remain out.
Dewald Bravis was not a mistake?
Bravis was missed on the third ball of the 17th over, the ball started going to his pad. When the appeal was made, the umpire gave out but Brevis and Ravindra Jadeja kept taking runs. Then he talked a little and then asked the umpire to take DRS, but the umpire dismissed it and told that your time is over. But there was a technical mistake in this because the timer had not started on the skin, due to which the batsman did not know about it.
On the one hand, despite CSK’s notes, the fans are questioning this decision of the umpire, while RCB fans are coming to answer it. Fans of RCB are sharing a video, showing that he wanted to take a review about 25 seconds after the umpire was given out. However, during the match, commentators were also saying how the batsman would estimate the time, if the timer would not be shown on the screen.

Timer or no timer but that was a horrible decision against Dewald Brevis.

Former cricketer Irfan Pathan tweeted on the contrast that it was not a timer or timer, but it was a very bad decision against Dewald Brevis.
