The first blackout was removed on Saturday, but after the antics of Pakistan, blackouts were re -implemented in many districts of Punjab, Gujarat and Rajasthan. The districts of Punjab where the blackouts took place included Hoshiarpur, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Pathankot, Patiala, Moga, Kapurthala, Muktsar. Blackout was done in Kutch, Jamnagar, Patan, Santalpur and Banaskantha in Gujarat, while blackouts were also ordered in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer in Rajasthan.
