Shikhar dhawan luxury apartment: Former India cricketer Shikhar Dhawan has invested in the property. He has bought a flat of crores of rupees in Gurugram. According to the real estate data analytic company CRE Matrix, Dhawan has bought a 6,040 square feet of luxurious apartment at Golf Course Road in Gurugram. It is being told that the price of this flat is 65.61 crores, while the price of stamp duty of Rs 3.28 crore has increased to Rs 68.89 crore.
Dhawan has taken this property in ‘The Dahlius’ of DLF, which is located in Sector-54 of Gurugram. According to the document issued, the transaction was done on February 4, 2025. Along with this luxurious apartment, they have got the facility to park 5 vehicles. According to the official document, the Indian cricketer has bought this apartment at the rate of Rs 1.08 lakh per square feet. The DLF has said that he has sold 173 ultra-taljari apartments so far in his ‘The Dahlius’ project.
Shikhar Dhawan has taken retirement
