J-35a stealth fighter jet: After getting a crushing defeat from India, Pakistan has started gathering the war-collect of the war, in which its jiggering friend China is helping. China has intensified the delivery of its fifth generation J-35A Stealth Fighter Jet for Pakistan. These weapons are being given to Pakistan with 50 percent discount and flexible payment conditions.
News18 has confirmed diplomatic sources as saying that by August, Pakistan will have the first consignment of J-35A stealth fighter jets. 30 fighter jets will be sent to the first batch. In the 3-4-day battle with India after Operation Sindoor, Pakistan expressed confidence in Chinese weapons like J-10C and JF-17. However, the Chinese Air Defense System HQ-9, which was on Pakistani military bases, was destroyed by the Indian Army.
According to the report, this step of China is a reward for the role of Pakistan in the military clash with India. Last year, there was a discussion about China’s Fifth Generation Fighter Jet that Pakistan would buy 40 J-35A Stealth Fighter Jet from China.
This move of the dragon is a sign of a boom in China-Pakistan defense cooperation amidst regional tension and the increasing strategic interest of Beijing in South Asia. In recent times, there have been several high-profile meetings between Chinese and Pakistani authorities in Beijing and Islamabad, which indicates that these meetings discussed the sharp dillavari of J-35A and in view of the modernization of the Indian Air Force, the officials would have also talked about the expansion of strategic military partnership.
Pakistan has named J-35A as J-31 and in July last year, the Pakistani channel Bol News reported that Pak Air Force (PAF) pilots are taking training for J-31 in China. Earlier in January, PAF Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu announced that the process of buying J-31 stealth fighter jet had started and after a few months the PAF sent the pilot to China.
J-35A has been developed by Sheenang Aircraft Corporation. It has been constructed for exports abroad. For the first time on 12 November 2024, the J-35A was shown at the China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition. It is considered a copy of American F-35 as its design is much more similar to it.
