‘A Sutable Boy’ is a web series released on Netflix in the year 2020. In this, Ishaan Khattar gave intimate scenes with actress Tabu, 24 years older than herself. Ishaan has recently shared her experience regarding this.
‘We ignored age difference’
While talking to Zoom, Ishaan Khattar said- ‘I think its credit goes to writing. If you put Tabu and me in another story, in another creation, where we ignored the age difference or did not pay attention to it, it could have been out of place. But this was the point written in the story in that way and Text supported our work.
Experience of intimate scene with Tabu shared with Ishaan
Regarding the intimate scene with Tabu, Ishaan said- ‘With an actress like Tabu, honestly, it seems that you do not need to talk about it. I have to say and listen to this, I don’t know, it may sound strange or something but I did not panic, not at all. She used to talk randomly. Like, what is needed in lunch? Or something or what they saw them, how did they make eyes.
‘It seems that it was fun’
Ishaan Khattar further says- ‘She (Tabu) is very mischievous. She lives like a baby girl on the set. She used to keep joking. Then suddenly she used to become like this character. So, I think it was fun. Working with him was very fun. Whatever we do, the most important thing in it is how we make it alive. How can you dialog more without saying anything? Things became very easily with Tabu. It felt as if we had talked to them through our eyes.
