All party parliamentary delegation in kuwait to convey India determination against terrorism Pakistan Sponspered

A all-party parliamentary delegation led by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Baijayant Jai Panda met Kuwait Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sherida AS Al-Mausharji on Monday (May 26, 2025).

The delegation apprised Musharji about India’s recent actions to deal with terrorism across the border (from Pakistan). This delegation is one of the seven multi -party delegations that India have tasked to visit the 33 capitals of the world to make India aware of Pakistan’s conspiracies and terrorism.

Baijayant Jai Panda said in a post on social media platform X, ‘India and Kuwait are united in their common commitment against terrorism. Along with our all -party delegation colleagues, we met Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sherida Abdulla Saad Al Musharji, so that he could be informed about India’s recent actions to deal with terrorism across the border.

All -party delegation from Bahrain arrived here on Monday to highlight India’s attitude of not having any kind of softening against terrorism. Here the Indian Embassy said in a post on X, ‘United against terrorism. The all-party delegation led by Baijayant Jai Panda met Sherida AS Al-Mausharji, Deputy Prime Minister of Kuwait and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs and apprised him of India’s recent actions to deal with cross-border terrorism. Both sides confirmed their zero-tolerance attitude towards terrorism.

Members of the delegation also paid floral tributes on the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the embassy. Mission said in another post, ‘Gandhiji’s tribute to the permanent message of peace, non -violence and tolerance! The all -party delegation led by Jai Panda laid a wreath on the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at the embassy.

Kuwait’s ‘Grand Mosk’, a member of the delegation, also visited, which is the largest mosque built four decades ago in the Gulf country. Panda said in another post on ‘X’, ‘Kuwait visited the prestigious Grand Mosk, which is a symbol of the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of the country.’

He said, ‘It was a pleasure to know about the history of the mosque, with our all -party delegation colleagues. The beautiful Indian teak doors of the mosque reflect the cultural ties of centuries. The embassy said in a post on X, ‘Salute to the Indian spirit of bravery and sacrifice! The all -party delegation led by Jai Panda paid tribute to the brave souls who sacrificed their lives in the service of the nation and laid a wreath at the Embassy at Shilafalakam.

The all -party delegation reached Kuwait on Monday to underline the country’s attitude of not tolerating terrorism. This delegation has reached here from Bahrain. Indian Ambassador Adarsh ​​Swaca welcomed the delegation at the airport.

The delegation also included ‘All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen’ (AIMIM) leader Asaduddin Owaisi, former Union Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, National Women’s Commission former chairman and Rajya Sabha member Rekha Sharma and former India Ambassador and former Emperor Harsh Vardhan Shringla in America, Bangladesh and Thailand.

During his stay in Kuwait, the delegation will interact with senior dignitaries of the Kuwait government, prominent members of civil society, influential persons, think tanks, media and various sections of the Indian migrant community. Earlier, the delegation had gone to Bahrain and informed Bahrain’s Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa about the challenge of terrorism from across the border in front of India and New Delhi’s determination to deal with it.

In Bahrain, the delegation also met Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, president of Shura Bahrain, the upper house of Bahrain’s Parliament and underlined India’s resolve to fight against terrorism and strengthen bilateral relations.

As part of India’s diplomatic efforts, seven delegations are traveling to 33 capitals of countries around the world, especially in the international community about India’s reaction to terrorism and Pakistan’s intention in view of the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, especially in Pahalgam.

The tension between India and Pakistan has increased after the Pahalgam attack. After the death of 26 people in the Pahalgam attack, India had made accurate attacks on terrorist structures in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (PoK) late on May 6, after which Pakistan tried to attack Indian military bases on eight, nine and 10 May.

The Indian side strongly responded to Pakistani actions. It was agreed to stop military conflict after negotiations between the Director General of Military Opples of both sides.
