Rcb vs pbks final: IPL 2025 Ka Mahmakala is to be played between Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Ahmedabad today. However, the possibility of rain today has increased the concern of fans. According to the prediction of the Meteorological Department, the rain can obstruct this match. Now the biggest question is that if the match did not happen today due to rain and then the game was not possible even on Reserve Day, then which team will be declared the winner?

If the match could not be held even on Reserve Day, then who will be the champion

According to the official rules of BCCI, if the match is not completed both the final and reserve day, then the team that holds the top in the league stage points table will be declared the winner.

In this situation, Punjab Kings, which secured first place in the league stage of IPL 2025, will be considered entitled to the trophy. That is, if the rain spoils the game, then Punjab Kings can get the reward of their stable performance. At the same time, this situation may be disappointing for Royal Challengers Bangalore, who has not won a single title so far.

Rain became the biggest challenge of the final

All preparations have been completed at the Narendra Modi Stadium for the final match to be held on June 3. BCCI has set the Reserve Day for the final of IPL 2025, which will be on 4 June. If the game is not possible due to rain in Mahamukabale on June 3, then the match will be tried to complete the next i.e. on the day of Reserve Day.

According to the report, there is a possibility of rain in Ahmedabad on the evening of June 3. By 6:00 pm, the possibility of rain is 51 percent, which can come down to 5-2 percent by the start of the match. However, if the match is not possible due to rain on both days, then according to the rules of BCCI, Punjab Kings will be given the title of Champion.
