Jio Black Asset Management, made by Mukesh Ambani -owned Jio Financial Services and Global Investment Global Investment Blackrock’s partnership, has announced its leadership team on Monday, June 9, 2025. Also, the company has launched its website and has also started the facility of ‘Early Access’.
The company said in the official statement, “Jio Blackrock announces its appointment and website launch of its executive leadership team, including a special ‘early access initiative’.” Through this ‘Early Access’, interested investors and common people can register their interest for Jio Blackrock’s digital-first mutual fund offering.
Who are in the leadership team?
Isha Ambani, who is the non-executive director of Geo Financial Services.
Amit Bhosle has been made Chief Risk Officer (CRO). He has previously worked in Bank of America and ICICI Bank.
Amol Pi has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He has previously served in Jio Finance Limited and State Bank of India.
Gaurav Nagori, who has previously lived in DSP, Franklin Templeton and JM Financial, will now be the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company.
Birja Tripathi has been made the head of product. He has worked in Kotak Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla and SBI Life.
Disha Bhandari, who has two decades of experience in the Human Resources (HR) region, has become a head of HR.
Apart from this, Hemanti Wadhwa (Head of Legal) and Komal Narang (Chief Client Officer) have also been appointed to the main posts.
On 27 May 2025, Sid Swaminathan was appointed as MD and CEO of the company, when SEBI was allowed to start mutual fund business.
Jio financial performance in the stock market
On Monday 9 June 2025, the company shares were trading at Rs 304.50, which was 3.59 per cent higher than the previous closing price of Rs 293.95. Since the company’s shares were listed in August 2023, investors have given 41.31 percent returns. However, the stocks have fallen 13.5 percent in the last one year. Since the beginning of 2025, the stocks are 0.44 per cent below, but the last five trading sessions have increased by 6.11 per cent. The stock has a 52-wheel high 368.30 (20 June 2024) and 52-wheel Low 198.60 (3 March 2025). On 9 June 2025, the company’s market value was more than Rs 1.92 lakh crore.
