The High Court has issued a notification for the recruitment of 30 posts of Junior Personal Assistant (JPA). The registration process has started from 18 June 2025 and the last date for application is 7 July 2025. Interested candidates can apply by visiting hcraj.nic.in.
A total of 30 posts will be filled under this recruitment. The selected candidates will be appointed in the bench of Rajasthan High Court in Jaipur and Jodhpur. The responsibility of the appointed candidates will be the responsibility of court proceedings, preparation of notes, keeping the documents organized and keeping the record of correspondence.
The candidate must have passed 12th from a recognized board. Also, there should be efficiency in the English shorthand, because this will be tested in the selection process. Talking about the age limit, the minimum is 18 years and maximum 40 years. While the reserved class will get exemption as per rules.
The selection will be in two stages. Shorthand Dictation Test – In this, the candidate will have to prepare notes after listening to the dictation at the prescribed speed. Transcription (typing) test – In this, the candidate has to do typing on the computer. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of both these tests.
Selected candidates will get a monthly salary ranging from 33,800 to 65,900 rupees under Pay Matrix Level-10. Along with this, other government allowances and facilities will also be provided. There is a fee of Rs 750 for general and OBC category candidates. While a fee of Rs 450 has been kept for SC/ST/PWD category.
