International Yoga Day 2025: On the 11th International Yoga Day, Bollywood stars showed tremendous enthusiasm. Shilpa Shetty, Malaika Arora, Isha Koppikar, Neha Dhupia, Dia Mirza to Neetu Kapoor shared videos on social media while doing yoga. In these videos, she was seen practicing every yogasan from Adhomukhshwansan to Dhanurasana, Chakrasana, Bhekasana, Gomukhasana, Halasan, Sarvangasana and Sarvasana.

All the stars inspired their fans for yoga and told how important it is not only for the body, but also for the mind and soul. While sharing a great video on Yoga Day, Malaika Arora wrote in the caption- ‘Yoga is not just a thing to do, this is for the whole life.
