Ravindra Jadeja India vs England 2nd Test: Ravindra Jadeja is one of the best all -rounders in the world. But in the first match of the series against England, Jadeja disappointed with his performance. Jadeja scored just 11 runs while batting in the first innings. At the same time, even after bowling 23 overs, he could not take a single wicket. In the second innings, Jadeja scored an unbeaten 25 and took one wicket. After Jadeja’s poor performance, before the second Test, Australian veteran Brad Hadin has raised questions about his place in the team.

Brad Hadin raised questions at Jadeja’s place

Former Australian wicketkeeper Hadin questioned Jadeja’s place as the main spinner in the team. He said that Jadeja is influential in the Indian condition, but he cannot be a good option in SENA countries.

Hadin believes that a place in Jadeja’s team is made only when India consider feeding them as another spinner. Hadin said, “I don’t think Jadeja can be effective. Yes, he is a good all -rounder and can play as a other spinner. I think he (Team India) should be more aggressive. He should be ready to lose the Test match with less experienced bowlers.”

Hadin further said, “I will look at Kuldeep, he is an aggressive spinner. You can take wickets. You have a bowling bowler at the other end. Siraj can play that role. But I think he will have to be a little more adventurous in the selection of his bowlers.”

Apart from this, Headin said, “If India feeds Nitish Kumar Reddy, there is no need to feed Jadeja. He has to bring an aggressive spin option instead.” Let us know that the second match of the Test series between India and England will be played at Edgbaston Cricket Stadium in Birmingham from July 2.
