New Rules on Two Wheelers will make Bikes More Expensive, Hero and TVS will suffer losses | Paisa Live | Bike, Hero and TVS will be expensive by the new rule on two wheelers

Taking a big step in the two-wheeler sector, the government has started preparing to make ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) compulsory for all electric and petrol two-wheelers, which can increase the price of about 80% of the vehicles by ₹ 4,000 to ₹ 5,000. However, vehicles with 50cc motor or top speed less than 50 kmph are exempted from this rule. This decision is important for safety, as ABS prevents wheel lock during fast braking and reduces the risk of slip or skid. But the effect of this rule is also being seen on the auto industry, which is already under pressure and has not been able to reach the pre-level level till now. After this news came to light, the shares of Hero Motocorp and Bajaj Auto have been recorded.
