PM Modi on Shubhanshu Shukla Return from ISS: Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, who returned from space, on behalf of the country. He said, “I join the country and welcome Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, who has returned to Earth after his historical space mission.” Shubhanshu Shukla has become the first astronaut of India to visit the International Space Station (ISS).

Successful return of 18 -day historical space mission
India’s Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla has returned safely to Earth after staying at the International Space Station (ISS) for 18 days. He completed this journey under the Axiom-4 mission, which is considered a historical achievement in Indian space history.

Dragon ‘Grace’ returns from spacecraft
Along with Shubhanshu Shukla, the mission also included American experienced astronaut commander Pagi Whitson, Hungary’s Tibor Kapu and Slavos Ujnanski-Visnevsky of Poland. Dragon ‘Grace’ spacecraft flew from ISS at 4:45 pm Indian time on Monday 14 July and did a safe splashdown on earth after a journey of about 22.5 hours on Monday 14 July.

He wrote on X, “Successful return from Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla’s Axiom-4 mission is a proud moment for every Indian.
