SBI has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales). A total of 5180 posts will be filled under this recruitment. Interested candidates will be able to apply online from 6 August 2025, the last date of which has been fixed on 26 August 2025.
Under this recruitment campaign, qualified and interested youths across the country will get a chance to step into the world of banking. The special thing is that the selected candidates will get good salary as well as many government allowances.
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in India. Also, the age of the applicant should not be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years. However, reserved classes will be given age relaxation according to government rules. SC and ST candidates will get 5 years, OBC will get 3 years and disabled candidates will get 10 years.
The process of selection for this recruitment will be completed in three stages. There will be preliminary examination in the first phase, in which 100 questions of English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning will be asked from the candidates. This exam will be of one hour and there will also be negative marking in it. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Candidates who will succeed in the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination. Questions related to general awareness, English, mathematics and region will be asked in the main examination. After this, the local language of the selected candidates will be examined. For this, the candidate should have the ability to speak, read and understand the language of the field where he wants appointment.

While applying, candidates of general, OBC and EWS class will have to pay a fee of Rs 750, while SC, ST and Divyang candidates have been exempted from the application fee.
