Research also revealed that the risk of death in those sleeping for a long time is more than those who sleep.
Long naps are also harmful
Researchers have found that not only night sleep, naps taken in the day can also affect your health. Accounting of another study, taking more than 30 minutes long naps also increases the risk of death. How many hours should you sleep?
