However, the risk of death due to cancer was significantly reduced. According to research, taking vitamin D supplements declined by about 16 percent of the risk of death from cancer. The most important thing is that the danger of death was found to be much less than those taking D2 due to all reasons in vitamin D3.

Researchers say that it is too early to say that only taking vitamin D3 will reduce the risk of total death. But it is so clear that it reduces the risk of death from cancer. For this reason, scientists are advising to study on a large scale.
