In Tokyo, Japanese folded hands and greeted PM Modi by chanting Gayatri Mantra, a video of which has also surfaced.

He was enchanted after hearing the chanting of Gayatri Mantra and after that he folded his hands and thanked the Japanese citizens.

PM Modi welcomed with Indian classical dance

Describing this emotional moment as memorable, the PM said that this India-Japan is a symbol of friendship. Earlier, PM Modi was welcomed with Indian classical dance even after reaching the hotel in Tokyo.

A grand program was organized to welcome him at the hotel, in which Japanese artists gave a great performance of Indian dance. During this time, flags of both countries were waved and the atmosphere was celebrated. PM Modi appreciated this effort and said that he is getting proud to see so much love for Indian culture in Japan.

PM Modi will hold a meeting with the Prime Minister of Japan
During the two -day visit, PM Modi will hold a meeting with the Prime Minister of Japan and there will be a discussion on investment, technology and defense cooperation between the two countries. This journey of PM is expected to bring new energy in the relationship between the two countries.

PM Modi’s last visit for the annual summit in Japan was in 2018. Earlier in 2023, he went to Hiroshima, but then he participated in the G-7 Summit. Prior to that in 2019, he attended the G20 conference in Osaka.
