Suhana Khan bought this land from three sisters -Anjali, Rekha and Priya, who inherited this land from their parents and this land was allotted for farming by the government.

Suhana paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh while buying the land. Officials are currently investigating the case and have sought a fair report from Alibag Tehsildar. In this case, Resident Deputy Collector Sandesh has ordered, Suhana Khan was described as a farmer in the registered documents made at the time of the land purchase. The name by which this property has been registered is Deja Wu Farm Private Limited, whose owner is the mother and sister -in -law of Gauri Khan. This special property is his first purchased property in Alibag and after that, Suhana has bought assets worth Rs 10 crore on the beach of Alibag for the second time within a year.
