ISRO VSSC Jobs 2025: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has given a great opportunity for candidates who dream of making a career in India’s space sector. ISRO has issued a notification for the recruitment of scientist/engineer for Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC) and other space centers. A total of 17 posts will be filled under this recruitment and the application process has started from 22 September 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through online medium till 06 October 2025.
17 posts will be filled under this recruitment campaign. Post code 1554 to 1558 appointments will be mainly in VSSC. At the same time, under Post Code 1559 and 1560, candidates will be appointed in other centers of ISRO.
Who can apply
Educational qualification is very important for candidates. For this, it is necessary that the candidates have done BE/BTech and ME/MTech in the subject related to recognized university or institute. BE/B.Tech should have minimum 65% marks in ME/MTech at least 60% marks (average of all semesters). Also, only those candidates who have registered for AMIE before 31 May 2013.
Age limit
The maximum age of the eligible candidate should be 30 years till 06 October 2025. That is, the candidate should not be born before 06 October 1995 and after 06 October 2007. Candidates with central government employees, ex -servicemen and benchmark disability (PWBD) will be given age relaxation as per the orders of the government.
Salary and allowances
Selected candidates will get basic salary from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 under pay-level 10. Apart from this, the benefit of dearness allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and Transport Allowance (TA) will also be received.

how to apply
- Candidates first visit the official website www.vssc.gov.in.
- Go to the homepage of the website and click on the ‘Career’ tab.
- Select the ‘Apply Now’ link for the posts of Scientist/Engineer.
- Fill all the necessary information sought and complete the registration.
- Upload the required documents in the application form.
- Submit the form by depositing the prescribed online fees.
- After the form is submitted, download the confirmation page and keep a printout of it.
