Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s ex -husband Sanjay Kapoor is no longer in this world. Since his death, the controversy over his alleged assets worth Rs 30,000 crore is now being deepened. The dispute is between Karishma’s children and Sanjay’s wife Priya Kapoor.
Recently, Priya has filed an application in the Delhi High Court and demanded that the list related to her property be confidential, demanding the filing of seal to the court in a sealed envelope. This is a partition case, but it has attracted a lot of attention to the people. I suggest that the parties involved in this action should respect some kind of privacy.

- Mahesh Jethmalani – I do not understand what this privacy is. We have our apprehensions about the will. Statements have been made about the trust but I have not discussed anything on the trust. But there are serious apprehensions about the trust.
- Jethmalani – I have far better grounds to say that it should not be privacy. There is a public aspect of this case. From the beginning, there has been repeated efforts that we should be kept away from this will.
- Jethmalani – Now that the last time has come and the will should be revealed, suddenly this application comes. Its content must be revealed because it will let us know what has been left in the will.
Court order
This application has been filed by Priya Kapoor so that the defendant can be allowed to submit the list of properties in sealed envelope and constitute a privacy club. It has been agreed that the list of properties, whether movable property or real estate, will be submitted in sealed envelope.
