The Jan Suraj Party has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting immediate action against Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary. This information was given by Jan Suraj on Tuesday (September 30, 2025). The party’s national president Uday Singh has written in his letter that Emperor Chaudhary presented the wrong documents in the Launa Parsa massacre case and called himself a minor and released from jail. His persistence in high position will reduce public confidence in the rule of law.
The party’s architect Prashant Kishore had held a press conference on Monday (September 29, 2025) that a letter would be written to the Prime Minister on this issue. Uday Singh has said in his letter that according to the government records, Emperor Chaudhary’s name is registered as accused in Laana Parsa Massacre (Case No. 44/1995, Thana Tarapur) on 28 March 1995, in which six people of Kushwaha community were killed. Six other accused including Emperor Chaudhary were sent to jail in this case. His bail was rejected twice. He proved his age 15 years based on the admit card of matriculation and was released after getting the status of a minor.
‘Indication is that wrong document…’
Uday Singh said, “In the electoral affidavits, he (Emperor Chaudhary) described his birth 1969, due to which he gets 51 years old in 2020. It is clear that he was 26 years old in 1995, that is, he was not a minor. This contradiction is also indicated that it was also indicated that he has been released from the jail. The rule of law and democratic institutions also reduce public confidence. “
Requesting PM Modi, the party’s national president said that immediately dismiss Emperor Chaudhary from the post of minister and allow the law to adopt his natural path so that the victims of this massacre can get justice. He said, “I am confident that such issues under your leadership will be resolved with proper seriousness and a sense of accountability in public life.”
