Attack on democracy in India: Rahul Gandhi
Taking a dig at the Modi government, he said that the biggest threat to India is an attack on democracy. Rahul Gandhi said that there are many religions, traditions and languages in India. The democratic system gives place to all of them, but in India, democracy is being attacked from all sides.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s statement comes on the day when the RSS is celebrating its 100 years on Thursday (2 October 2025). RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said, the world runs on interdependence, but at the same time we have to understand that there is no alternative to indigenous and self-reliance. “
He pointed out that we have to give priority to self -reliance in our economic policy. He also said that development should not only be limited to economic progress, but we have to prepare a new development model based on a religion based overall and integrated approach.
