This platform has become a strong link between the public and the government. So far, more than 7.30 lakh complaints have been settled. CM Sukhu says that when a citizen calls. So the government does not just listen. She also understands and takes action. This is the biggest strength of this initiative.

This helpline of Himachal Pradesh has become a source of relief for the common people. If you have a problem related to a government department. So you can call 1100 and file your complaint. Whether the matter is related to electricity, water, road, health or education. Every complaint is heard seriously.

After calling this number, the trained team in the center listens to you and then sends it to the concerned department.
