Gold price today: The price of gold on MCX on Tuesday, 7 October reached the new record amidst the expectation of deducting interest rates at the US Federal Reserve Bank. Gold is trading at Rs 1,20,879 (per 10 grams) on MCX. At the same time, silver prices saw a jump of 0.10 percent and it reached the rate of Rs 1,47,666 (per kg).

In the Indian market, the price of gold again increased once again in the Indian market. Gold prices once again set a new record. On Tuesday, there was an increase of about 1 thousand rupees in gold prices in different cities of the country.

Silver prices also rise
Silver is being sold at the rate of Rs 1,57,000 (per kg) in the country’s capital Delhi on Tuesday. Silver saw a jump of 1 thousand rupees compared to the previous day. On October 6, the silver rate in Delhi was Rs 1,56,000. In the month of October, silver is also seeing a tremendous rise. Indian investors are investing in both these metals as a safe investment option. Also, due to the Indian cultural significance of gold and silver, people shop for it.
