Police Recruitment 2025: Application started for 1743 posts of drivers and laborers, know who can apply

Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has started the recruitment process for Driver and Laborer posts. A total of 1743 posts will be filled through this recruitment, out of which 1000 posts will be for drivers and 743 posts will be for laborers in Telangana State Road Transport Corporation. Interested candidates can start applying from today i.e. 8th October 2025. The last date for application has been kept as 28 October 2025. Candidates can fill the online form by visiting the official website tgprb.in. Candidates can also apply through the steps given here.

For the post of Driver, the age of the candidate should be minimum 22 years and maximum 35 years as on 1st July 2025. Also, it is necessary to have passed SSC (10th) or its equivalent examination recognized by the state government by July 1, 2025.

To apply for the post of laborer, the age of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on July 1, 2025. Also, the candidate must have completed ITI in the relevant trade. These include Mechanic (Diesel/Motor Vehicle), Sheet Metal/MVBB, Fitter, Auto Electrician/Electrician, Painter, Welder, Cutting and Sewing/Upholsterer, Millwright Mechanic or other related trades.

This much application fee will have to be paid

For the post of Driver, SC and ST local candidates of Telangana will have to pay an application fee of Rs 300, while for other candidates the fee is Rs 600. For the post of laborer, the application fee for SC and ST local candidates of Telangana has been fixed at Rs 200 and for other candidates, it has been fixed at Rs 400.
