A heart-wrenching scene has emerged from Kawardha in Chhattisgarh, which has brought tears to everyone’s eyes. Here a father celebrated the birthday of his innocent daughter Aditri on the same day as her funeral.
Actually, last Sunday (5th October) evening, a horrific road accident took place near Chilfi in Kawardha district. There was a massive collision between the car of a family living in Kolkata and a truck. The family was returning after visiting Kanha National Park. He had a train from Bilaspur to Kolkata in the evening, but this accident on the way changed everything.
Father told- Today is my daughter’s birthday
The collision was so terrible that five people died on the spot, including little girl Aditri and her mother. Yesterday (Wednesday, October 8) evening, the last rites of Aditri and her mother were performed in Kawardha. At the same time, when the father told that today is his daughter Aditri’s birthday, everyone present there was stunned.
Seeing the father’s grief, the people attending the funeral made arrangements to celebrate the birthday at the same place. They decorated with balloons, the cake was cut and the picture of innocent Aditri was adorned with a birthday cap.
Father gives last gift to daughter
That was a moment when every eye was moist. On one hand, father’s lap was empty. Both his spouse and his beloved daughter had left him. The father no longer had much left to live for. On the other hand, he gave his daughter a birthday gift for the last time. The people of Kawardha will never forget this incident.
