In view of the security arrangements in Kairana of Shamli district, the police administration is on full alert mode. In view of the warning of protest by Hindu Raksha Dal workers after the statement of Kairana MP Iqra Hasan, the police have barricaded at various places in Kairana.
In fact, some workers of Hindu Raksha Dal had warned of protesting in Kairana. Due to this, heavy police force has been deployed in Kairana as a precautionary measure. Police and PAC personnel have also been deployed outside the residence of MP Iqra Hasan. The administration is keeping a close watch on every activity in the area.
Matter heated up over statement of MP Iqra Hasan
MP Iqra Hasan had given a sharp reaction to Yogi Adityanath’s recent statement of “denting-painting” and said – “Show it by doing… Just as the people in other countries have overthrown the governments, similarly the people of India are also ready.” After his statement the political atmosphere heated up.
Hindu Raksha Dal called Iqra Hasan’s statement inflammatory
Hindu Raksha Dal termed this as an inflammatory statement and warned of demonstration in Kairana. In view of the situation, police and PAC personnel have been deployed at various places in Kairana town. Besides, checking of incoming and outgoing vehicles is being done by installing barricades at main intersections. The administration says that any kind of law and order disturbance will not be allowed.
Hindu Raksha Dal people raised slogans against the MP
At the same time, the state president of Hindu Raksha Dal, Amit Prajapati, reached Shamli with his workers. The police surrounded them and stopped them and were forbidden to go to Kairana. The police surrounded them and took them to Shamli SP office, where they raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram and Iqra Hasan Murdabad.
Demand to register a case against Iqra Hasan
Amit Prajapati says, “This is politics and give any political statement but we will not tolerate it towards the country and towards Yogi ji.” At present, a memorandum was given to SP Shamli on behalf of Hindu Raksha Dal, in which a demand was made to register a case. There has been a warning of agitation if the case is not registered.
