The most prestigious examination of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), PCS Preliminary Examination 2025 will be conducted simultaneously in the entire state tomorrow i.e. on Sunday. The Commission has completed its preparations. To successfully conduct the examination, intensive arrangements have been made in 75 districts of the entire state.
1435 examination centers built across the state
The Commission has established 1435 examination centers for the examination. This examination is being conducted for a total of 210 posts. This time, examination centers have been made in every district of the state so that the candidates do not have to travel long distances.
More than 6 lakh candidates will participate
According to UPPSC data, this time 6 lakh 26 thousand 387 candidates have applied. With the participation of such a large number of candidates, the Commission faces the challenge of conducting the examination peacefully and fairly.
Exam will be held in two shifts
PCS preliminary examination will be conducted in two phases. The first shift will run from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, while the second shift will run from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The Commission has advised all the candidates to reach the examination center on time and keep the admit card and identity card with them.
Forest service exam also
Along with PCS Pre, Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF) and Regional Forest Officer (RFO) preliminary examination 2025 will also be conducted. A large number of candidates are taking part in these examinations also.
Most candidates in Prayagraj
The biggest event of the examination will be held at the Commission’s headquarters in Prayagraj. 67 examination centers have been set up here, where more than 28 thousand candidates will appear in the examination.
Tight security arrangements, STF on alert
UP STF (Special Task Force) has also been alerted to maintain the sanctity of the examination. Strict action will be taken against those who try to commit any kind of irregularities, paper leak or copying.
