The security of Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and former cabinet minister Azam Khan has been reinstated. He has been provided Y category security. After spending 23 months in jail, Azam Khan has come out on bail. Now he is once again being provided Y category security. Guards and gunners deployed for his security have been sent to him.
SP leader Azam Khan was provided Y category security, but after being found guilty in the court, his assembly membership was also terminated. Due to this his security was withdrawn. But, later his security was restored. Meanwhile he went to Sitapur jail. After he went to jail, the security was called back. Now again he has been provided Y category security.
