Airstrike In Afghanistan Irfan Pathan Reaction: Pakistan has conducted airstrike in Paktika province of Afghanistan. Three cricketers including Afghan nationals also lost their lives in this attack. This attack took place late night on 17 October. Indian cricket legend Irfan Pathan has also condemned this attack on Afghanistan. Irfan has paid tribute to those killed in this attack.
Irfan Pathan’s reaction on airstrike
8 people lost their lives in the airstrike on Afghanistan. Seven people have also been injured. Three local cricketers are among those who lost their lives in this attack. Irfan Pathan wrote on social media platform X regarding this attack that ‘My prayers are with the innocent people of Afghanistan. You guys stay safe.

Afghanistan cricket breaks ties
Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has also condemned this attack. Along with this, grief has also been expressed over the death of the players. Afghanistan Cricket Board has also refused to play tri-series with Pakistan. A tri-series was to be played between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka in Rawalpindi and Lahore in the month of November, but now the Afghan team has refused to play with Pakistan in this series. Rashid Khan has also agreed to the decision of the Cricket Board. Along with this, Rashid Khan has also removed the name of Pakistan Super League team Lahore Qalandars from the account of social media platform
