Till now in the year 2025, hundreds of Bollywood, Hollywood and South films have been released in Hindi. Among these hundreds, there were many blockbusters and many superhits. The amazing thing is that among the films released in Hindi this year, the list of blockbuster films is longer than the list of hit films.
According to Koimoi’s data, this year only 2 films could get the hit tag. Let us tell you that they are counted among the hit films which earn double their budget.
hit movies of 2025
The data we are telling you is quite surprising. On one hand, big blockbusters like ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ and ‘Chhaava’ created new records in earnings, while on the other hand, there is not a single Bollywood film or South film in this list which can be called a hit. There are only 2 Hollywood films in this list. You can see this list below.
- Brad Pitt’s F1- 102.17 crores
- The Conjuring Last Rites – Rs 82.11 crore
F1 has made an even bigger record
While on one hand, films like ‘Chhaava’, ‘Loka Chapter 1’ and ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ became blockbusters by earning huge money at the box office, but none of these films could make the record of staying at the box office for 100 days.
So, the Hollywood film F1 may have made a record of making only Rs 100 crores but it made a record of staying for 100 days at the Indian box office. Film critic Taran Adarsh has also posted the data related to this achievement of the film and its weekly earnings from his Insta handle.

There was a huge crowd of people watching ‘The Conjuring Last Rites’
This movie from the Conjuring Universe, one of the scariest Hollywood movies, has a huge audience in India too. Those who liked the last film of this universe ‘The Conjuring Last Rites’ had already earned it Rs 20.57 crore in the first weekend. Whereas films like Nani and Vidyut Jammwal’s ‘Madrasi’ and ‘The Bengal Files’ released along with it proved to be flops.
