If this report is true, then ‘Alpha’ will now be released in theaters on July 3, 2026.

According to the report, this decision to release ‘Alpha’ a week before the scheduled date has reportedly been taken after Dhamaal 4 was released on July 17 instead of the July 3 release date. With this, Yash Raj Films will get a good chance of earning at the box office. According to the report, a source said, “July 3 has proved to be the right date to release Alpha in theaters as Dhamaal 4, which was scheduled to release on the same day, is now releasing on July 17. With no big film releasing on July 3, producer Aditya Chopra felt that this was the right date to release Alpha in theaters.” However, Yash Raj Films has not yet officially confirmed the new release date.

Trade experts believe that this change can prove beneficial for the film, especially when both Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ and ‘Dhamal 4’ are releasing on July 17. According to the report, a trade expert said, “Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ is also releasing on July 17 along with ‘Dhamaal 4’. As a result, ‘Alpha’ will now get two weeks of open time at the box office, especially when no Bollywood film is releasing in theaters on July 10.”
