India ready to create history
When the Indian team hits the Lord’s ground on July 19, it will want to end its 22-year-long losing drought. Actually, the Indian team’s last win in ODI at Lord’s ground was in the year 2004. In this match, a good innings will be expected from Rohit Sharma, who has been able to score only one fifty in the last 8 ODI innings.
On the other hand, Virat Kohli is just one fifty away from equaling the world record of highest score of 50+ against England in ODI. Virat has so far scored fifty or more against England fourteen times in ODIs, while Kumar Sangakkara had done so 15 times.
